Patty with Leek

Turkish: Pirasali Mucver

There are different versions of patty dishes. This one is with leek, but you can prepare it with zucchini, potato etc. It’s especially nice with yogurt sauces.

Ingredients for 4 persons:Patty with leek

500 gr leek
2 eggs
1 dl feta cheese
1 pinch parsley
~5 dl flour
olive oil
salt
black pepper

Directions:

- Chopped the leek finely and fry them until soft.
- Put the leek in a bowl and add 2 eggs, feta cheese, parsley and flour. Mix finely.
- Take small pieces from the mixture and flatten in the frying pan.
- Fry until they have a nice brown color.

Serve warm with creamy yogurt dip.
